Yamazakura blend is a Japanese whisky made by the Asaka Distillery. As a tribute to the Japanese culture, “Yamazakura” means “Mountain cherry tree”, representing the Bandai mountain and the distillery’s first whisky (Cherry). Yamazakura Blend is made with 4 grain and malt whiskies, aged at least 3 years in bourbon casks. The nose shows elderberry and caramel aromas, while the palate reveals pear and vanilla notes.
