Se extrae el tan ansiado mosto para luego fermentarlo en tanques, controlando sus temperaturas con la finalidad de obtener un extraordinario vino base que sera luego destilado en nuestro alambique de cobre Frances, dando un Pisco de excelentes cualidades en su Aroma y sabor, siendo apreciado y reconocido por los conocedores. Nota de cata: Un Pisco completamente limpio e incoloro, con una brillantes unica. De finos y frescos aromas en los que resaltan las notas Florales, citricas y a frutos secos.
